What the Client Needed

The owner of this pediatric therapy practice wanted a new website that showcased her services and educated families. The goals were to present her unique brand while maintaining its voice, as well as to create persuasive copy that increased conversions.

My Role on the Project

In collaboration with the team at Uplift Marketing, I was in charge of creating all of the new website copy for this practice. This included the home, service, and careers pages, among others, for a total of 13 pages and 5,342 words of custom content.

My Approach to This Project

For this project, I reviewed the extensive notes and interview transcripts another member of the Uplift Marketing team had compiled to understand this clients’ unique voice. Specifically, I studied her natural tone and word choices when speaking. I then reflected her voice in the website content to ensure the copy felt authentic, approachable, and true to the practice’s values.
